1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the JuliaStitch mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use it. The App is operated by FOP "Neminska Yuliia Volodymyrivna" (Ukraine), the same entity that operates the juliastitch.com website, which the App connects to.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

The App is designed to collect only the information necessary to browse the catalog and fulfill orders.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create, process, and deliver your orders;
• To contact you regarding your order (confirmation, delivery updates, support issues);
• To apply gift certificates / coupon codes you choose to enter at checkout;
• To respond to inquiries you send us directly (e.g. by phone or email);
• To maintain the security and proper functioning of our services.

We do not use your personal information for automated profiling or targeted advertising.

4. Payment Processing

The App offers two payment methods: cash on delivery and card payment. If you choose to pay by card, you are redirected to a secure payment page hosted by WayForPay, an independent, PCI DSS–compliant payment service provider. Your card number, expiration date, and CVV are entered directly on WayForPay's own page and are never seen, transmitted to, or stored by the App or our servers. WayForPay processes this data under its own privacy policy, available at wayforpay.com.

5. Data Stored on Your Device

Items you add to your shopping cart are stored locally on your device only (using standard Android app storage) and are not transmitted to our servers until you complete checkout. This cart data is never shared with third parties and is removed when you clear the App's storage or uninstall the App.

6. Third-Party Services

We do not integrate any advertising networks, social media SDKs, or analytics/tracking platforms into the App.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With delivery carriers (e.g. Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta) to the extent necessary to deliver your order;
• With WayForPay, solely to process card payments you initiate;
• If required by law, court order, or governmental request.

8. Data Retention

Order and contact information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill your order, comply with tax/accounting obligations under Ukrainian law, and resolve any related disputes. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal record-keeping requirements (see "Your Rights" below).

9. Data Security

All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. App Permissions

The App requests the following Android permissions:

• Internet access — required to load the product catalog, news, and to submit orders.
• Network state access — used only to check connectivity before making requests.

The App does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, storage, or SMS.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate data;
• Request deletion of your data, where legally permissible;
• Withdraw consent to future communications from us.

12. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
